Our client is a specialist Mechanical and Electrical sub-contractor with prestigious clients in the public and private sector. They are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager/Supervisor to run the mechanical side of projects up to £500k.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing direct and specialist labour, planning and programming, ordering materials, and liaising with clients.
The majority of the work is high-end residential but the company also has a strong commercial presence in the schools and hospital sectors.
The position would suit an experienced Mechanical PM who has worked their way up. Applications will also be considered from individuals who are currently at Foreman/Supervisor level who consider themselves ready for the next step up.
