Due to a period of impressive growth and expansion, my forward thinking client based in Sittingbourne is looking to recruit a dynamic and well educated Administrator (HR, Payroll and Finance).

The job holder will provide support to both the HR/Payroll and Finance Department in a split role which ensures that the overall HR administration and Payroll process runs smoothly as well as helping with finance duties. Sitting within finance and supporting the Finance Director.

- Finance Administrator will provide support to ensure effective administrative systems, ensuring the Finance department is highly organised and efficient. Liaising with the finance team at Head Office to carry out general finance processes.  Ensuring all contact information is kept up to date related to staff, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Payroll Administration - be responsible for the Payroll run for all employees (weekly and monthly) operating the SAGE system.  The payroll administration includes calculations, coordination and payroll processes.
- Human Resources Administration - related support activities in such areas as employee records on People HR, induction, benefits, training is a general term used to describe the person who calculates and distributes payroll to employee`s records, compensation and/or compliance records. Compiles and reviews various data using People HR, develops reports, graphs and statistical information on a variety of HR related topics. Responds to or elevates employee questions, assists employees in completion of forms and provides individual attention. May present HR briefings. Coordinates activities and schedules with multiple individuals, managers and departments.   

The ideal candidate will have previous payroll experience whilst working with HR would be a distinct advantage. It is imperative that you have strong communication skills with the ability to organise and prioritise your daily tasks.

This is a hugely exciting and interesting position within a unique sector. My client is looking to fill this role as a matter of urgency so you must be available immediately or at short notice.
