Our client who offer niche services and products within the financial services industry are looking to find an Office Administrator who has worked in Financial services

This full-time role has arisen from the continued growth in demand and provides a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, innovative and expanding company in Crowborough

This is a friendly but professional company offering great benefits; including a company pension scheme, health scheme, death in service benefit and reduced gym membership.

Duties will vary but would typically comprise:
Assisting with incoming telephone calls / emails and redirecting or dealing with general enquiries.
Processing incoming paperwork, creating case files and accurately updating our computerised systems.
Contacting clients and introducing Financial Advisors via email, post or telephone to keep them informed on progress of their case.
Chasing information from pension scheme administrators via email, post or telephone.
Liaison with the firm of Financial Advisors and their administrative team to facilitate the smooth flow of case files.

Person specification:

It is essential that you have the following personal attributes:
Previous experience in banking, financial services, pensions
you will be an enthusiastic, accurate, articulate and friendly individual
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literate with experience of using MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
Highly numerate.
Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
Excellent time management.


Hours:You will be required to work 9 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 am - 5 pm Friday.
