We are looking for an individual to undertake general cleaning duties in laboratories, offices, circulation areas, teaching rooms, toilets etc. Duties could involve the use of both domestic and industrial cleaning machinery. Some moderate lifting may be required.
The successful candidate will be able to work with the minimum of supervision, follow specific work schedules and be able to receive and act on instructions. You will also possess the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with staff, students and visitors. Previous experience of cleaning multi-user buildings and working in a Laboratory environment will be desirable.
This is a part time role consisting of 17.5 hours per week (3.5 hours per day). The working days are Monday to Friday with exact working hours to be organised on a rota basis.
