Our client, based on a farm in a rural location to the west of Maidstone, has asked us to help recruit a Part-time Office Administrator to work on a temporary basis up to 16 hours per week. Approximately for 6 months.
The hours of work will be flexible between Monday to Friday standard office hours to suit (8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm etc.). The hourly pay rate will be £10 per hour.
The client is looking for help running their administrative office including:
• All filing and record keeping
• Basic accounts
• Updating client databases
• Making appointments and diary management
• Answering incoming and making outgoing calls
• Putting new office systems in place as required
Applicants will have:
• Strong IT and data entry skills
• Very strong administrative and organisational skill
• Strong customer service skills
• Some accounts and finance experience
• Their own transport
Applicant must be aware that the client is based on a farm so there may be contact with animals.
