The Basics

As a second line engineer at Tribeca you can earn up to £30,000. You’ll spend 75% of your time in Central London on site with our clients, and visit our Sittingbourne HQ one week every month.

You’ll be working on a rotating shift rota between 6am and 7pm for 40 hours a week – all travel costs go straight onto the company credit card, and if you start before 7am we’ll send a taxi to your door.

If you’re up for it – we’ll send you on international business trips too.
We operate follow the sun support with four engineers based in New York or Hong Kong, but there is an on-call rota for the evenings and weekends – averaging roughly 10 calls a week. We’ll provide you with a laptop and mobile for this.

The role focuses on providing deskside support to users and executives on-site, and you’ll be heavily involved in configuring networks, firewalls, switches and routers as well as ad-hoc projects.

We tend to find individuals with around 4 years’ experience on a helpdesk suit the role best, but it’s just as important to have a confident, cool composure and a desire to progress.
