Netbox Recruitment are currently working in partnership with an engineering company in the Kent area to recruit a driven and highly personable Internal Sales Advisor.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within the mechanical / electrical industry (Lifts, Escalators, Automotive) and have excellent technical knowledge. You may have starter your career as an Apprentice or an Engineer and then moved into more of an office based customer service / sales position and now looking to develop that further. However, candidates from other sectors will still be considered and should still apply as the sales team in place have excellent product/industry knowledge and training in this area can be provided.

As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will be predominantly liaising with an existing service base and following up on warm leads. You will work very closely with the engineers in your allocated region, finding out where the faulty products are and then following up to quote on the work that needs doing. You will need to be a hungry, "go getter" as the ideal candidate would eventually want to be going out and finding their own leads and new clients as well to increase their revenue further.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

* Quoting works required for existing and new customers
* Creating job packs for orders received
* Liaising with customers
* Liaising with suppliers to obtain best prices
* Completing costings for tenders
* Reviewing service sheets for works required
* Processing urgent call out sheets for priority cases
* Key account management - this could include face to face meetings

Our client is offering a very competitive basic plus commission - you could easily be looking at £35,000 plus. You would be enrolled into the company's pension scheme and be entitled to 26 days holiday (including your birthday off).

Please note that due to the travel elements of this role, the successful candidate will hold a current full clean UK driving licence and have their own car.
