Call Agents Evening and Weekends

We are looking to recruit a team of professional Call Agents, who are happy to cold call clients and customers. This is NOT a sales role; this is adhoc work on a temporary basis, between the hours of 3pm and 11pm Monday to Friday and with business hours on Saturdays and Sundays.Ashford Kent Based offices.

You will have a set of scripted questions to ask and you need to have excellent data entry skills in order to capture the true responses from the person that you are speaking with.

You will need to be able to gain instant rapport and use open and closed questions skills in order to full complete the repose forms whilst remaining impartial or influencing in any way.

As a Call Agent we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, whilst meeting agreed targets through gaining the callers interest.

All About You!
• Previous experience in a customer focused environment, Ideally phone based customer and/or business to business experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to meet individual quality KPI’s
• Outstanding typing skills
• A positive 'can-do' approach
• An Organised approach to daily activities
• Have a resilience and can handle objections well
• Ability to be creative in thought processes and carry out repetitive calls
• Works well as a team member
