Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to work within the Branch Network for this expanding and innovative Bank/building society. They are a specialist lending and retail savings group, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and are now seeking a new member of staff to assist across their modern looking branch network.

The main duties will be to provide a high standard of customer service, throughout all areas of the business and to consistently deliver a high degree of accuracy whilst administering branch processes and systems. You will aim to deepen relationships with new and existing customers via the promotion of products and service.

We are seeking candidates with customer facing experience and ideally with previous Retail, banking experience or working within a Foreign Exchange office of a travel agent. The Customer Service assistants are expected to provide a professional and courteous counter service so we are seeking applicants who can demonstrate excellent communication skills face to face and via the telephone. GCSE/ O’level Maths and English Grade C and above (or equivalent) is essential.
