My Client is a successful, established business which is enjoying significant investment and product range diversification.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager within the Engineering Department.
The ideal candidate will be an individual who is able to follow the detailed design, procurement, construction fit-out, equipment installation and validation of a manufacturing facility which will include clean room areas.

The Role: Project Manager

To ensure projects are defined, planned and work breakdown structures created and tracked.
Assist with NPI
Replace necessary equipment
New equipment introduction
Work lay outs
Improve Quality
To support any involved contractors or consultants with meeting facilitation or information transfer
To improve overall management of projects

Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Project Manager

Project management experience - pre-requisite
Ideally Educated to a relevant Bachelor's degree - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Mechanical or electrical engineer with significant previous experience working in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industries.
Experience within management of production and kitting of products
Ability to manage change and drive improvements
Ability to work within a multi-functional project team and possess excellent communication and reporting skills.
Delivery of ambitious and strict timelines, and are able to keep project costs within budget.
Strong inter-personal skills and good organisational ability
