PASSIONATE ABOUT SALES? GREAT OPPORTUNITY! Our client based in Rochester is looking for a new member to join their friendly and fast moving buzzy sales environment.
Previous sales experience within a sales driven environment is essential, you will need to be capable of offering an exceptional customer service and be keen to work in a target driven, competitive industry.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Responding to telephone calls from customers, and others as required
2. Processing customer orders onto an in-house database
3. Calling targeted accounts to gain new clients, and promoting and up selling the product ranges.
4. Ensuring at all times a comprehensive level of product knowledge is achieved and maintained. To ensure a professional response is given in all customer contacts.
Candidates will hold the following skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Sales experience an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Be a enthusiastic team player at all times
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
