Learning and Development Trainer

My client, a large professional services organisation based in Maidstone are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Trainer to join their team as a Consultant for a 6 month fixed term contract.

The position would suit someone experienced in consultancy who can really add value to the customer experience and business.

Key responsibilities:

• Design training programmes and materials to suit the business which are delivered through one to ones, e-learning, webinars and a variety of training interventions.
• Identify and implement the required changes to courses in line with changing business needs.
• Produce evaluation results for key stakeholders and provide post training support where identified as necessary.
• Identify areas where training could be provided to enhance efficiency and meet legislative requirements
• Look for better ways to support the learning journey.

Skills and attributes required:

• Functional and technical Learning and Development knowledge and experience.
• An understanding of Learning and Development processes and procedures.
• Experience of working in a regulated environment and meeting legislative requirements.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• A recognised training qualification.

This is a full time position on a 6 month fixed term contract with a salary of between £30,000 to £36,500 per annum, plus a £3,600 car allowance.
