A leading Legal 500 with both regional and City offices are currently seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal or Legal Executive to join their Employment team, based in Maidstone, Kent.
You will be joining an experienced team with an excellent track record in advising both Employees and Employers. You will be responsible for supporting Senior Lawyers as well as managing your own case load (with supervision where necessary) which will include contentious and non-contentious work.
To be considered you will ideally have gained at least 12 months experience within Employment law (preferably within private practice), and experience of handling your own case load of Employment matters. You will be commercially aware and be highly client focussed.
The successful Employment Paralegal or Employment Legal Executive will be rewarded with a generous basic salary, bi-annual bonus scheme and full benefits (including car parking).
