This is a great opportunity to join an a well established, popular restaurant on the coast working in a busy kitchen alongside a professional team of Chefs.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and helping with their duties in their absence so must be able to know how to help run a kitchen and work alongside a team. You will need to produce food to high standards, be able to assist in purchasing, and ensure a clean, hygienic environment.
The position is full time hours.
You will need to come a chef background, be creative, passionate about cuisine and be able to work under pressure.
Experience is of utmost importance but it would be beneficial if you have a city & guilds diploma in cooking or other qualification.
