Our Tunbridge wells based client is looking for a bright Administrator to join the Trace team on a 3 to 6 month contract basis.
As a Trace Administrator your role will be to;
* Identify and update client contact details on the in-house database
* Check customer information and signatures using imaging systems
* Creation of letters and forms from Word templates to obtain details from potential customers
* Updating Excel spreadsheets
* Progress enquiries via phone and email.
* Performing archive searches
* Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - Flexible working hours are available
The 'right' person:
* Have an excellent attention to detail
* Be well organised
* Good working knowledge or Word and Excel
* Ideally educated to ALevel standerd or above
* Have a professional telephone manner
