Our client based in Maidstone town centre is looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant & Recruitment Team Member. The successful applicant will be customer focused and have a Marketing & Social Media background. They will also possess excellent IT skills and good attention to detail.

The main duties of the role are:

• Acting as front line contact for all telephone calls, clients and customers taking and managing bookings for the holiday company
• Managing new enquiries, creating itineraries and liaising with agents and hotels in India to ensure that the customer gets the best service possible
• Creating brochures to a professional standard for new destinations offered by the company
• Managing monthly email marketing campaigns via MailChimp and creating daily posts for social media marketing on Facebook and Twitter
• Creating 2 blog posts weekly marketing the company and advertising the destinations on offer
• Assisting in the generation and updating of content for new website design

• Acting as front line contact for all telephone calls, candidates and visitors
• Liaising with Clients regarding their staff requirements
• Registration of candidates ensuring compliance with current employment legislation
• Liaising with employers to obtain references, maintaining paperwork and documentation.
• Inputting information onto online databases
• Liaising with the accounts department with regards to pay, timesheets and client queries
