Full Time Duty Manager
Average of 37 hours per week
Salary up to £20,663 per annum
Based at the Stour Centre

We are looking for a highly self-motivated person to join our team, and make a positive contribution to the operation of our Centre, and its future, in providing outstanding facilities and customer services to the public.

As Duty Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Stour Centre on a day to day basis. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will be expected to manage and motivate staff, maintain excellent levels of customer service, and ensure policies and procedures are applied in an efficient manner.

You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within the leisure industry, a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or the ability to achieve this), Pool Plant Operators Qualification and experience in the operation of leisure water/swimming pool facilities. An ability to demonstrate the appreciation of high service standards and to interpret financial information would be an advantage.

This post is full time and shifts are based on an average of 37 hours per week rota which includes early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts.
