A permanent position has arisen for an HR Advisor in an expanding and progressive, mid-sized professional firm.
Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, the position involves working in a generalist role taking over responsibility for the recruitment and selection of support staff and employee engagement and relations for this group; coordinating learning and development requirements; updating HR policies and procedures in line with legislative changes and best practice; coordinating performance reviews, maternity, paternity and adoption leave cases; administering bonuses and benefits and monitoring compliance.
The ideal candidate is likely to be educated to degree level and should be part or fully CIPD qualified. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a professional or financial services HR team. Excellent communication, presentation, project management and IT skills are also important. You should also be good at multi-tasking, relationship building both internally and externally and should be able to work well alone or in a team.
Benefits include: 5 weeks holiday, performance related bonus and pension
Candidates should live in or close to Tunbridge Wells.
