CONTRACT START: 2ND MAY 2017.
CONTRACT END: SEPT / OCT 2017.

SALARY: £16,602 + PROFIT RELATED PAY + BENEFITS (PRO RATA).

FULL TIME HOURS
Guaranteed Minimum Contract of 30 hours per week.
Must be able to fully flex up to 37.5 hours per week if required you will be given good notice of this.
Shifts will be BETWEEN the core opening hours of 8am - 11pm.

This open plan and friendly contact centre are made up of teams of happy people who manage inbound calls, emails and live chat.

They are currently looking for team members to assist during the busy summer period!

You'll with be the first point of contact for customers and will deal with a variety of inbound calls each day.

The company do not believe in "pushy" sales or offering products that are not suitable so you will need to be able to take a genuine interest in the customer and build engagement and connections to establish their needs to suitable products.

Retail Sales, telesales or customer service experience.
Confident telephone manner.
