Connect2Staff are actively seeking an experienced Legal Secretary for our client based in Maidstone. The assignment will be a temporary position, ongoing with a possibility of going permanent. We are looking to get somebody in for interview with the client within the next week.
The day to day activities will consist of but not limited to:
-Typing, secretarial and administrative support for lawyers within agreed timescales
-Assisting in the preparation of legal documents and other paralegal duties
-Answering the telephone, collecting and delivering incoming mail and dispatching outgoing mail
-A range of PA duties, including maintaining electronic diaries, making appointments and receiving visitors
-Filing, preparation of files and maintaining accurate records throughout the unit
-Assisting with financial administration
It is vital that you are immediately available and have previous experience as a LEGAL SECRETARY.
