Connect2Staff are looking for experienced and enthusiastic temporary support workers to assist those with learning disabilities within a supported live-in environment in Ashford and surrounding areas. All of the services users will have different needs, from 24 hour support to a few hours a day.

This role is suitable for male or female carers and is available to start immediately. Shifts are varying and can include days and nights.

We are looking for individuals who have compassion and commitment and that can make positive changes to someone's life.

You should also have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

The successful candidate will have:
*A minimum of 6 months experience
*Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative
*Able to work under pressure and in stressful and challenging situations
*A driver with full clean driving licence is desired but not essential
