OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A LETTINGS VALUER/LISTER TO JOIN THEIR BUSY OFFICE.

BASIC SALARY UP TO £16k + CIRCA £30K OTE + COMPANY CAR

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Lettings Valuer/Lister to join our clients well-established office in BECKENHAM. This position would also suit a Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career.

You must have a minimum of 1 years + experience of working within residential lettings to be considered - you will need to have valuation/listing experience to be considered.

The Lettings Valuer must be able to demonstrate:

•Maximising on opportunities both face to face and over the phone

•Liaising with Landlords, Tenants & Contractors

•Be able to prioritise your time and work load

•Meetings and exceeding weekly and monthly targets

•Enjoy hitting the phones to generate appointments for viewings and valuations

•Undertaking valuations and instructions

•Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available


•Showing people around properties within the local area

•Well presented with good attention to detail
