FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR A LETTINGS MANAGER TO JOIN A WELL-ESTABLISHED AND RESPECTED ESTATE AGENCY IN BECKENHAM
BASIC SALARY UP TO £25K + OTE UP TO £40k
Our client is looking to employ an experienced and enthusiastic Lettings Manager for their BECKENHAM office, and are looking to speak to highly motivated individuals who can help drive the business forward.
The Lettings Manager will be a confident lister and salesperson in addition to running a compliant business with an excellent understanding of the property industry, and will have experience overseeing and managing a team.
As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:
•Generate instructions and manage a small team
•Setting daily targets for members of the team and monitoring performance
•Profitability of the branch
•Carrying out monthly 1-2-1 reviews and annual appraisals
•Running morning and team meetings
•Drive the lettings team at a pace that will deliver results whilst leading from the front and meeting all targets
•Achieving the portfolio balance between managed, rent demand and let only business
•Coaching, training and developing the team
•Carry out any such adhoc duties as may be reasonably required from time to time and in connection with the above
The Individual will be:
•Personable
•Proactive and organised
•Extremely customer focused
•Currently running a branch with at least 2 year's experience in Lettings
•A professional approach
•Determined and resourceful
•Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
•High accuracy and attention to detail
•Excellent standard of communication
•Ability to work well in a team environment
•Strong administration skills
