SALARY UP TO £17k BASIC + OTE CIRCA £30,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a career with a well-established and popular Estate Agent who are looking for a Sales Negotiator for their busy branch in ORPINGTON.

Residential sales experience would be preferred however an individual with a background in sales or customer service will be considered.

Duties:
•Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
•Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
•Showing people around properties in the local area
•Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
•Matching customer needs with properties for sale
•Canvassing/door-knocking
•General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input

Requirements:
•You must have a full, clean UK licence & own car
•Excellent communication skills
•Residential sales experience preffered however not essential
•You will be articulate
•You will have good interpersonal and people skills
•You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
•You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
•You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment

You must be like working in a targeted environment, enjoy over-achieving targets and providing excellent levels of customer service to excel in this role.
