Service Advisor

Crawford's are currently looking for an individual to join our Aftersales team as Service Advisor/ Administrator.
The role is based at our Charing (Kent) depot. Your role is to assist with the day-to- day control and smooth running of the service department’s workflow. This will include talking with customers directly or by telephone to keep them updated on the repair process and any changes to the agreed schedule. Ensuring the workshop staff complete paperwork in a timely manner and mediating between the parts, warranty, sales and workshop to insure a smooth work flow. Utilising the scheduler and planning tools, you will allocate work for the technicians based on their expertise and skill. Ensuring finished job cards are accurate for both parts and labour, prepared and ready for invoicing.

Candidates will ideally have previous experience of working in a similar service advisor/Admin role within the Agricultural industry. However, individuals with experience outside of the agricultural industry will be considered. If you’re a hard-working individual who takes pride in delivering excellence then we would like to here from you.

• Customer-focused and fully committed to delivering the highest professional standards.
• Resilient, thorough and accurate when completing a task with strong attention to detail.
• Honest with high levels of integrity.
• Flexible, self-motivated and be able to work under their own initiative.
In addition
• Have previous experience as a Service Advisor would be beneficial but not necessary as full training will be given.
• Be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft.
• Able to manage their workload that will involve meeting time critical deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Have excellent Organisational skills.
• A full driving licence is also essential.
