Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

A gardener / grounds maintenance team leader required for established Faversham based Landscaping, Grounds Maintenance and Property Services Company.

We cover gardens around Faversham and across Kent. We are expanding year on year, and have an opening for a Team Leader. Working independently and as part of a small team, the successful candidate will carry out all the tasks required for sound horticultural garden maintenance. It is essential that you are able to carry out work to high standards whilst ensuring that you complete your daily work schedule on time.

The successful candidate, in addition to having previous experience of gardening in the domestic and the housing association sector and a horticultural qualification, will also have a real passion for plants and gardens, an attention to detail and a good eye for the overall aesthetic.

Candidates should have excellent plant knowledge as well as knowledge of the use and maintenance of various horticultural machines.

A current driving license is essential, preferably with towing entitlement and be age 21+. It would be an advantage for candidates to have PA1& PA6 tickets.
