Our client, a well-established and respected Estate Agents, are looking for a VALUER for FOLKESTONE.

This is an exciting opportunity for a SENIOR NEGOTIATOR / VALUER who is looking for progression and wants to take the next step in their career in property - so you must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work towards targets in a competitive environment in return you will be responsible for:
•Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
•Enjoy generating appointments valuations
•Vendor care
•General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input
•Valuing and listing properties in the area
•Overseeing and assisting the office in manager absence
•Canvassing

You must have a proven track record in residential sales and have knowledge of the FOLKESTONE market.

This is a dynamic role where you no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.
