The JCB Group are looking for a CRM Systems Administrator to join are busy Marketing Team in Ashford. The role is part time, 2 days a week 9am to 5pm. There is some flexibility of when these days are worked.

Overview of the role
To be responsible for the management of all customer data across the JCB Group.

The JCB Group is reviewing and improving its systems for data collection, storage, cleansing and reporting as part of its ‘Data is King’ initiative.

This role will be working alongside the marketing team to take control of CRM for the group.

The successful candidate should ideally possess a working knowledge of ADP/CDK/Kerridge and Pinnacle systems and wish to develop their skills in report writing and data management.

The successful candidate must have a pro-active approach to collection, storage and use of customer data
