What skills do I need?
• Previous lettings experience beneficial but not essential
• Helpful and assertive telephone manner
• Computer literate
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service
• Good level of literacy and numeracy
• Ability to self-motivate as well as support others
• A high level of professionalism whilst representing the company
• NFoPP in Property Letting and Management preferable, but training available
• Clean driving licence and car
What does the job entail?
• Managing a portfolio of properties
• Liaising with tenants and landlords in confidence
• Carrying out property inspections
• Assisting with viewings
• Mediating and problem solving when faced with challenging situations
• Inputting invoices and rents
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17.30, two out of four Saturdays with one week day off in lieu.
Salary: £17,000.00 - £20,000.00 dependent upon skills and experience.
