Reception Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)
Dover, Kent
£8.20 per hour
Our client, a leading national maintenance services provider, is currently looking to recruit a Reception Administrator to work in Dover on a temporary to permanent basis.
Working 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, the pay rate for this role will be £8.20 per hour.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Allocating meeting rooms.
* Booking appointments with the use of online calendars.
* Managing the switchboard.
* Handling incoming queries both face to face and over the phone.
* Franking and preparing post.
* Handling and distributing deliveries.
Person Specification:
* Previous experience within a reception and administration role.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Good IT skills with knowledge of the Microsoft package.
