Senior IT Programme/Portfolio Manager - IT, Strategy, Change, Software, Portfolio
Location - Mid Kent
Salary - 6 Month Contract (possible extensions) - Up to £550 a day (depending on experience)

About the role:

I am looking for an experienced senior programme/portfolio manager, who has strong knowledge and exposure to IT environments. A leading public organisation are looking to bring on-board a seasoned programme professional to provide project assurance to the customers and to develop robust programme and project management processes, whilst overseeing and ensuring these are implemented and effectively delivered by the team. This position is a business critical role, and would involve many high pressure responsibilities and business decisions. You would have at least 8 years commercial experience, ideally having worked for a public sector organisation. This role would suit a strong strategic thinker, who would be required to manage and lead the Programmes and Projects Teams.
