IPS International are looking to recruit a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our business in a relatively new role. We are an Apprenticeship Training Provider based in Medway, supporting learners and employers across the South East.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the digital marketing industry and have some experience of creating online content, email campaigns, blog articles etc.

Responsibilities will include:

• Update and maintain the Social Media platform, creating engaging interactive material for LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
• Update, refresh, generate and source engaging content for our websites
• Review, regularly, competitors and employers marketing and sales activities on social media platforms and websites
• Marketing/email campaigns/local media editorials – liaising with sectors to promote commercial training delivery, Apprenticeships
• Promote IPS at student career fairs and events
• Design marketing materials for IPS branding.
• Conduct competitor/employer research

Key Requirements-

Essential:
• Strong and demonstrable knowledge of the latest digital marketing techniques and practices
• Creating online and website copy
• Be able to write article for blogs, news feeds etc.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Design and digital content creation skills
• Enjoys working as a team member
• Full and clean UK Driving license

Desirable:
• Knowledge about Apprenticeships would be an asset but is not mandatory
