Our Ashford based client requires an Electronics / RF Design Engineer to join their busy Electronics team.
The role will involve:
• Responsible for the ongoing development of the companies UHF wireless communications products
• Assist in the design of a wide range of other low voltage analogue and digital electronic assemblies
• Provide design support of the companies legacy products
• Undertake product documentation and validation testing
• Manage small design products
• Provide engineering support to the company’s internal and external customers
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory standards
• Participate in design reviews

Experience / Skils / Attributes:
• Experience in the design of UHF RF products is essential
• A good working knowledge of PCB and component level circuit design is required
• Knowledge of writing software code an advantage
• Hands on experience of RF test and measurement equipment is required
• A high level of competency using Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint & Project is essential.
• Must be competent in technical report writing

Education:
Our client is looking for applicants with a degree qualification or equivalent in Electronics.
