Position is with an immediate start and open to both contractor's initially six months, and people looking for a permanent role.

We are looking for candidates that have experience with Cisco Meraki and Cisco router network installations, can communicate effectively, and are creative problem solvers. Salary guideline: £250 - £300 per day depending on level

Location: Poplar, east London, you must be prepared to travel extensively to customer sites (mainly Germany)

Responsibilities:

Install wired / WiFi networks for customer locations
Test / troubleshoot unknown managed networks
Terminate and run Ethernet cables (POE)
Conduct site surveys to plan new customer installations
Maintain and document implementation plans and network diagrams
Requirements:

Experience with Cisco/Meraki devices is required!!
Networking Degree or Certification in at least one of the following: CCNA /CCMA
Carry out site survey to include use of heat mapping software
2 years of practical wired / WiFi networking and troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of network design and deployment including protocols supporting LANs and WANs
Excellent communication skills
Ability to problem solve / troubleshoot in a timely manner
Adaptability and strong work ethic
Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organization skills
Willingness to travel (mainly Europe) and be abroad on a job for extended periods of time
