'HR & Recruitment Administrator' for a temporary assignment based in South East Kent.

Your new company
Based in South East London, our client manages over 70,000 homes across the capital and the South East, regenerating communities throughout the region. You will be joining an established organisation that values employees as shown by their internal culture and excellent working standards

Your new role To provide a centralised service to the Group implementing a complete HR, Payroll and Recruitment service to new and existing staff, (including TUPE). First line support for the rest of the HR team.
Responsibilities:

* Responsible for instructing payroll on all payroll activities including processing payments in line with contracts of employment, implementing starters/leavers, ad hoc changes as requested by HR Team
* To support the recruiter coordinating all recruitment administration for employees and temps from the advert stage to interviews, right to work checks, DBS, offers, references and contract through to on boarding so that the process is timely, fair and consistent in line with service standards.
* Ensure H&S, regulatory & governance compliance for areas under the job holder's control, including meeting all regulatory requirements on end of contracts, DBS, maternity leave, salary and driver mandates for new and existing staff.
* To keep abreast of the changes to legislation with regard to employment law, DBS checks for internal and external employees, internal changes and process/system changes within iTrent (HR System).

Key Skills required:

* Considerable knowledge and experience of HR systems (iTrent is essential) for different terms and conditions, payroll inputting, TUPE staff, maternity details and self service
* Demonstrable experience of administrating and coordinating high levels and fast paced recruitment activities, supporting recruiters.
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Able to build relationships and put customer service for stakeholders at upmost important.
* Must be extremely well organised to ensure payroll is processed in line with strict deadlines and recruitment administration activity is carried out to service level standards.
* Experience in integration between HR & Payroll and a live payroll system.
* Demonstrable experience of all normal office applications - Microsoft Office. Experience of HR systems and terms for TUPE staff and self-service.
* Experience working in a busy, fast paced HR department, supporting the wider HR team to deliver a service to a large client group.
