Customer Service/Admin person Required.
Duties will include calling all customers that have previously placed order making sure that they are happy and have the products they required. It is also to make them more aware of other products that we manufacture and informing them of new firetests that have been acquired on products, therefore helping to promote sales.
This role will involve daily contact with customers at all levels all over the UK, and all over the world.
Excellent communication skills are needed both internally and externally. Must be customer focused and helpful at all times, also able to work effectively under pressure.
Must be computer literate. Previous customer service skills and office experience would be an advantage.
Internal training will be given.
Hours: 08.30am - 5.30pm
TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED DUE TO LOCATION
