SMC are looking for an experienced Receptionist to work within their Ford dealership in Crown Quay Lane, Sittingbourne.
This is a front of house position, duties will include answering the dealership's switchboard, meeting and greeting customers and some basic administration tasks. The ideal candidate must have previous reception experience, possess good interpersonal skills, be able to demonstrate good customer care skills, have a "can do" attitude and a genuine desire to deliver a world class customer experience.
Hours of work are 19 hours per week working a shift rota consisting of a mixture of morning and afternoon shifts from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and one in three Saturdays from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm. Flexibility to cover holiday and sickness absence is essential; this may involve weekend working.
