Fantastic customer service temp opportunity, with immediate start!!!
Part of a shift team delivering incident response and maintenance services via a 24/7 Network Control Centre. You will be the first point of contact for all incident and accident reports, taking down accurate details and logging into the database.
You will be working for an excellent company and working within a close team, having to think on your feet and work well under pressure. Working 4 x 12 hour shifts (made up of 2 night shifts and 2 day shifts) then 4 days off!!
