Our prestigious client based in Crawley is currently recruiting for a Quotations / Order Processor to join their Internal Sales team.
Suitable candidates will have the following skills / experience / attributes:
• Degree qualified
• Interest and ability to understand and learn technical properties of product range (training provided)
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to liaise with internal departments and external customers
• Meticulous & accurate with a keen eye for detail
• Computer literate (basic Microsoft Office skills are essential)
• Additional language would be beneficial but not essential
• Good Administration skills
The role will involve:
• Preparation of quotations for the full range of technical equipment and products
• Communicating with sales staff about quotations.
• Illuminate quotations and proposals with relevant technical information.
• Attend to filing all related data and organising for others to access with minimum effort
• Producing Quotes on Excel using pricing structure
