We are searching for a temp to provide some key administrative/co-ordinating support within the Project Management team of a large manufacturing client in the area with an immediate start available and this should run until September 2017.
To give you an example, you may be required to gather/co-ordinate work from your colleagues in the Project Management Team regarding any artwork projects that are active and simply sending the information, by a specific time to their suppliers.
The competencies we are seeking are:
Strong/accurate administrative skills essential
Good IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Visio if possible)
Good communication skills
Some basic experience with project management would be helpful but not considered essential
The ability to multi-task and co-ordinate information/documents essential
Basic minute or note taking at meetings helpful (shorthand not required)
Hours of work:
37 hours per week Monday to Friday
