We have an excellent opportunity for a prestigious Head Chef working at a well renowned event venue based on the outskirts of Ashford.

Our client is looking to strengthen their senior team and take the next step up to further improve and expand.

As Head Chef you will need to work well as part of a successful kitchen team, possess motivational and leadership skills in order to develop and engage the existing team.

You will be will be creating new dishes to showcase their exciting menu and running busy shifts in the main kitchen. Our client work's as one team so you will need to assist with other sections of the Kitchen.

Desirable skills would be:
- NVQs, or certified and accredited training
- Preferably a minimum of two years as a Head Chef in a professional kitchen
- Experience of high volume kitchens and able to operate to a high standard in this busy environment

Candidates must flexible, reliable and dedicated and the ideal candidate will offer innovative ideas to further improve the menu development.
