MC Personnel currently have an exciting new opportunity to join one of Kent's leading work wear companies specialising in high quality embroided and printed work wear, footwear and PPE.

We are looking for someone to help develop existing business and to generate and secure new business. We are looking to recruit someone who is hard working and determined, empathetic, enthusiastic and self motivated. Although experience in sales is a benefit it is not 100% essential if you have experience in business relations. Being able to build rapport with business decision makers is key.

The successful candidate will need to be highly self motivated and have the ability to work under pressure. This role involves mainly working from home / on the go and you will be required to meet with new prospective clients daily. A company car (fuel), mobile phone and tablet will also be provided.

As a representative for the company you will be expected to reach targets and will be paid uncapped commission on all business sales. Basic salary is reflective of experience and skills.

Although the office / warehouse is based in Medway, Kent our client is happy to employ someone from any area within the South East as you will be responsible for making appointments and travelling. Someone who can come with existing contacts within any industry is a huge bonus.

Although this position is based away from the office you are fully supported by the office staff.
