We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant role based in Folkestone, our client is looking for a candidate with previous Accounts and Sage Line 50 experience who is keen to work within a busy finance department.
As the Accounts Assistant your responsibilities will include:
Sales and purchase ledger
Daily and monthly reconciliation
Entering invoices onto in-house systems
Dealing with emails and phone call queries
Supporting the finance team in busy periods
Experience required:
Previous accounts and Sage Line 50 experience
An AAT qualification or equivalent
Experience of dealing with suppliers
Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and v look ups
