Executive Assistant to CEO and Board of Trustees
Kent Hospice
£20,000 - £22,440
37 hours per week
We are looking for an individual to provide administrative, secretarial and diary management support to our Chief Executive Officer and Board of Trustees. This includes taking minutes of Board meetings, some of which take place in the evening, and being the point of contact between the CEO and internal and external individuals and organisations.
You will be a highly proficient organiser with the ability to adapt to a changing workload. You will have experience of successfully working to tight deadlines and acting on your own initiative. The post works within a small administrative team, so the post holder will be required to work co-operatively and collaboratively with colleagues.
Previous experience of minute taking and proficient IT and administrative skills are essential. Experience of providing administrative support at Board level would be desirable.
