This is a great role for a candidate who is looking to move into the industry and enter as a Trainee Negotiator.

The ideal candidate will have some commercial experience in customer facing roles with excellent grammar and good attention to details.
A great telephone manner is essential as this is a pivotal part of the role as well as being well presented for customer facing contact.

My client is looking for a candidate who is keen, enthusiastic and eager to learn an industry which offers excellent career prospects and earning potential.

You will be given full training and some of your responsibilities will include;

- Face to face and telephone work with clients
- Managing the database
- Arranging and assisting with property viewings
- Managing social media
- Branch administration support
