We are recruiting for a Project Manager Administrator in the outskirts of Dover.
The role will involve providing admin support to a project management team operating in a fast-moving retail environment.
Tasks include:
* Maintaining installation Programme- Excel
* Producing work instructions - Word/Excel/ Powerpoint
* Maintaining quotation and order logs - Excel
* Checking client programme dates against installation programme
* Checking client layout drawings for equipment requirements
* Taking phone queries and relaying messages to internal teams.
* Good MS Office skills - particularly Excel
Ideally you will have strong administration experience and preferably, from a project management background.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday (9am to 5pm)
