Our award winning products include Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPP), ISAs and Dealing Accounts.
We are looking for a number of Administrators to join our team based in Tunbridge Wells. You will have an interest in Financial Services and be able to demonstrate why you want to develop your career at AJ Bell.
Transfers Administrator – The team oversee the process of moving customer’s assets into our holdings when they open an account with us. This role is very fast passed and requires a quick learner.
Asset Servicing Administrator – The team process all corporate actions and dividend payments. This role requires an analytical mind set and the ability to work to tight deadlines at crucial points throughout the calendar.
Reconciliations Administrator – The team ensure that the information on our system matches our records on a daily basis. This role requires strong attention to detail and an analytical mind set.
Full training will be provided in all roles. We operate a study support scheme to all employees, providing you with the opportunity to work towards an industry recognised professional qualification (for example CISI)
We are looking for someone who has:
• Some office based experience
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to with high volumes
• Good IT software knowledge including MS Office (in particular Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to organise and prioritise
• An open and flexible approach to change and innovation
• Able to work hard in a fast paced environment
• At least 5 GCSE’s A* - C, including Maths and English (or equivalent)
