An Arcade Manager is required to join our successful team at Cain’s Amusements. This amusement centre is part of an established group of 7 amusement centres across the South East.

The role will involve managing the full day-to-day workings of the Amusement Arcade, including management of staff, producing weekly rotas and the management of Arcade equipment.

The successful candidate will have had experience in a retail environment and will be required to provide excellent levels of customer service, including distribution of refreshments and change, as well as being involved with marketing and promotional ideas.

• Arcade experience preferred

You will be expected to:
• Produce weekly rotas
• Maximise profit and grow the business
• Be fully accountable for the site’s performance
• Ensure excellent arcade presentation, cleanliness and hygiene
• Effectively manage the team within the company policies and procedures
• Ensure the team are fully trained
• Undertake administration tasks including health & Safety compliance

Salary depends on role and experience. Weekend and evening shifts required. This is a permanent role. Full training will be provided from the start.

As this is a family arcade you'll need to be patient and friendly as there will be children and families who'll be needing your support. As much of the job will be dealing with money having experience cash checking and cash handling is important.
