On-site Night Coordinator

This is a full time position
Salary: D.O.E
Hours of Work: 8pm-7am ( 4 days in 4 days off)
Pro Force looking to recruit a on-site coordinate to work on a busy Industrial Packhouse contract near Gravesend.

Job Description
• Managing daily on-site operations such as employee check-ins.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues.
• Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance,
• Coach and counsel temporaries to ensure quality performance including meeting productivity and quality goals and to achieve job satisfaction
• Implement company award programs to recognize the good performance of temporary personnel
• Follow company policies and procedures for all staffing and customer activity
• All other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the company
Job Requirements
• Supervisory/Team Leader experience is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills
