We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager for a market leading provider specialist Construction Products covering London and South East.

As a result of ongoing expansion our client is looking for a highly motivated, dedicated and confident professional to join their organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the design, production and installation of large design and projects
* Ability to run a number of projects at the same time
* Fully understand the project requirements, scope of works, specs. etc.
* Develop and maintain proactive, positive and professional relationships
* Ability to produce project programmes
* Work with management team to continually monitor contract performance against programme and budget, ensuring targets are met
* Ability to manage a team of site managers, oversee sub contractors and arrange labour resources
* Ensure that group H+S and QA standards are met and maintained
* Writing and checking method statements and risk assessments
* Researching, ordering and checking materials

Candidate Requirements:

* Extensive experience of working as an Project Manager with specialist construction products
* Working knowledge and terms of contracts
* Excellent knowledge and ability to read drawings, connection details and specs
* Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication and organisation skills
* H + S knowledge
* Problem solving and positive attitude
* Team management experience
* Excellent IT skills incl. MS Project
* Excellent time management
